Description:
Come join our wonderful hospitality team at the Holiday Inn Express Round Rock as a Front Desk Agent where your professionalism, attention to details, and customer service skills will shine.
We would like to welcome to our team a candidate who can:
• Smile and greet every person that walks through our doors,
• Always provide the highest quality of service,
• Promptly and effectively deal with any guest complaints or requests,
• Check guests in and out of the hotel in accordance with all brand standards,
• Accurately maintain all guest’s folios including but not limited to posting payments, posting incidental charges, and rebates when necessary
• Always use appropriate telephone scripted greetings,
• Complete all required brand training within appropriate hotel established timelines,
• Completely understand and execute all emergency policies and procedures as well as understand all required items on the PIC checklist,
• Properly maintain cash drawer at the appropriate level and follow all cash handling procedures,
• Keep lobby and desk are always clean and presentable,
• Effectively communicate with other desk shifts and the management team all important and relevant information that occurred during your shift,
• Must be able to move/lift items weighing up to 50 lbs from time to time,
• Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the hotel and have fun at work.

Ideal Candidates:
• Need to have a flexible schedule and ability to work days, evenings or nights any day of the week, including weekends and holidays,
• Need to have exceptional customer service skills,
• Demonstrate ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment and remain flexible,
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
Work hours will be discussed in detail throughout the process as well as salary.
